Phones4u acquired Dial-a-Phone
High street retailer Phones4u is acquiring Dial-a-Phone, direct retailer that sells mobile contracts via www.dialaphone.co.uk and telesales.
Phones4u announced this today in press release on their website. Acquisition is to be complete by 29th February 2008, there are no other details about the deal at the moment.
