have tried 2 clame 4 times samsung netbook all i get out off stock, we dont know anything about it,dont know when,phone 02 its cost me so £10 so far on phone calls and still no f****n laptop

What a load of RUBBISH…….. a music download = crap,
a spa day = crap, and a £5 off jjb voucher when i spend £35 or more!! like i want any of that…. SORT IT OUT O2, atleast give us something we may actually want instead of some useless voucher that we will never use. even a kick in the nuts would be better than that!! even 10 free messages or 15 mins free credit would be better than a voucher… take it on board or u will lose customers!!!

Yes, I know it’s FREE but why all the advertising and hype when all you get is something you have already received through topping up i.e. free text messages!!!!! I wonder who thought that one up:-p

there seem to be alot of people complaining about something that your getting for free…..and as for the plank saying join orange…where i live they are the worst….idiot…look folks you may get some texts to use in 48 hours or even some minutes….remember the key word here, IT’S FREE….stop complaining…you want an ipod nano go buy one like every other tom dick and harry have to…wow some people need a smack up the head….
