T-Mobile has listed first HTC made handset that runs on Google’s Android platform in coming soon section.
Handset is called G1 or HTC Dream, runs all Google apps and have full QWERTY keyboard. Below are highlights of this handset from T-Mobile website:

Good work by T-Mobile UK, their website is voted top of an independent customer poll of mobile networks’ websites!
Independent benchmarking company Global Reviews asked more than 1,000 web customers for their views of the UK networks’ websites.
It assessed sites against more than 500 criteria, including content and usability. T-Mobile scored top place with 68 per cent and 3 was last with 53 per cent.
A Global Reviews spokeswoman said: “T-Mobile received high scores in almost all categories and a significant improvement in site utility. But it improved just one per cent since January and others are gaining.
“Orange improved nine per cent, O2 five, 3 by four and Virgin Mobile three. Overall the industry average is up by seven per cent.”
Vodafone increased its score but only made it to third place, while O2 came fourth. Virgin came fifth but was one of the most improved sites.

T-Mobile in partnership with BAA turned Heathrow Terminal 5 into WiFi HotSpot. Passengers using this terminal can now use internet connection via their laptops, mobiles and PDAs. The new Heathrow Terminal 5 WiFi HotSpot is T-Mobile’s largest in the UK, which is approximately equivalent to 50 football pitches. T-Mobile is the largest provider of public WiFi in the world, with over 1,000 HotSpots in the UK alone and 27,000 worldwide.
The Wi-Fi service is also available through T-Mobile at the other Heathrow Terminals.
T-Mobile’s customers on Mobile Broadband Plus and Max tariffs have free Wi-Fi access included, so they can use this facility whenever they travel via Terminal 5. T-Mobile Hotspots are also available in other Heathrow terminals, but in designated places only.
For passengers who are not customers of T-Mobile, the Terminal 5 HotSpot service is priced at £5 for one hour’s access, or £10 for 24 hours, payable by credit card. T-Mobile customers on voice plans can set up a HotSpot account and opt to pay via their monthly bill at a charge of 75p for ten minutes’ access as well as benefit from dedicated customer support for those seeking advice on how to access T-Mobile’s HotSpot services.
